Social Responsibility

We are always looking for ways to be more socially responsible.

For example, to improve the quality of life for employees, customers, and above all for the local community and society at large.

Some of the things we do:

Recycling cardboard boxes

Donating printer consumables

Donate old mobile phones

We recycle obsolete computers

Non confidential paper waste is shredded and reused

Confidential paper waste is shredded offsite and reused

Recycling old core and obsolete metallic stock

Warehouse packaging is 99% recycled

We use more energy efficient machines

Talking NewspapersA member of staff records newspapers for the blind, during company time

Giving BloodSessions are advertised at Castleford, and time is allowed off to donate

Finally, IMEX has donated over £45,000 to charity in recent years
