When are your order cut-off times?

We operate a guaranteed delivery service with timed deliveries and exact cut-off times for placement of orders – that way we can guarantee you one of the best delivery promises in the marketplace. The following cut-off times apply Monday to Friday:

5.15pm for guaranteed UK next day delivery orders, via our trusted couriers; including Saturdays.

Who are your Area Sales Managers?

Quite simply our guys on the road. At IMEX we pride ourselves on giving the best customer service which is why we have sales managers on the road visiting customer premises. If you would like to meet your area sales manager, call us on 01977 553936 and we can arrange a visit.

Can I get FREE Same Day Delivery?

Yes. We deliver up to twice a day, giving you unbeatable service to support your business.

If you’re not in a local delivery area then we also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service throughout the UK and Ireland via our chosen carriers. Delivery charges apply on Next day orders, speak with our parts interpreters for more details.

* Same delivery service is to selected postcodes only, excluding Saturdays. Additional charges apply to Saturday deliveries.

Is there a minimum order charge?

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery option, this is dependent on a minimum order value, otherwise a carriage charge applies, excluding Saturdays. Our parts interpreters will be able to give you all the figures needed, just call 01977 553936.

When are your opening times?

IMEX is open for orders and enquiries from 8.00am to 5.30pm. To find the address or the opening times of one of our depots or to get driving directions, visit our depots page.

Can I order online?

You can not order online and we’ve done this for a very important reason. We think it’s important that we speak with our customers, to make sure we identify your correct requirements first time, every time!

Will you have the part I need?

We have over 20,000 product lines in stock and our parts interpreters know every detail of each and every one of them – give us a call & give IMEX a try!

What do you mean by replacement parts?

IMEX supplies replacement parts – all manufacturers names, numbers, symbols and descriptions are used for reference purposes only and do not imply that any Goods and/or Services or part listed are the product of these manufacturers.

Are there any surcharges?

Some parts carry a surcharge which is payable at the time of purchase, this will be credited when the old unit is returned. For more details speak with the parts interpreters on 01977 553936 or email parts@imexpart.com
