Imexpart Limited, the truck parts specialist based in West Yorkshire, has opened a brand new depot in Weybridge, Surrey.

The new 3500 sq ft depot, which is the company's 5^th across the UK, now offers customers in the South East a free same day delivery service up to twice a day - the first time in the company's history that it has been able to do so.

Managing Director Arthur Pinkney is excited by the move and feels the new depot will provide customers with an even greater service:

"We have always maintained that we aren't in the business of opening depots just to put dots on the map. There has to be a need. Customers in the South East recognise the fantastic service we provide and have often quite rightly asked when we were going to open a depot in the South. This new depot represents a big step for IMEX and I am delighted to be finally able to offer this enhanced level of service."

As well as a same day delivery, the new depot holds up to 1500 product lines whilst also providing a fantastic trade counter service allowing customers to collect their parts if required. 5 new job opportunities will also be created in the local area as a result of the opening.

The move represents IMEX's first venture into the South of England and Area Sales Manager John Howorth feels the potential is enormous:

The Weybridge Depot is ideally placed to provide a first class service to the South East and I'm sure it will prove very popular with customers old and new."

IMEX already has depots in Rutherglen (Scotland), Warrington, Minworth (Birmingham), and the Head Office in Castleford West Yorkshire. The company was recently voted 69^th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For 2007.
